Begin by giving your unicorn skeleton a coat of white paint. This step is optional, you may choose to keep the bone as is with its realistic paint job. The white paint will give the unicorn a less creepy look however. Once painted white, use the colored acrylic craft paint to mix up an assortment of rainbow colors and paint the ribs, tail, spine, horn, in rainbow order on each rib or vertebrae. Once finished, add a little rainbow color to the hooves as well!

Next, comes the flower crown for the unicorn. Because every unicorn needs some flowers, even if it is a skeleton unicorn! To make the flowers, cut apart the flower garland and cut off the petals with the colorful accordion folded crepe paper inside. You will get three petals from every flower.

Use a glue stick to glue the petals together. You will need to layer three petals on top of each other to create each flower for the flower crown.

Once the three petals are stacked and glued, spread apart the petals and glue the two ends together to form a round tissue flower. Repeat to make several flowers to adorn the top of the unicorn skull.

Hot glue the flowers onto the unicorns skull and then hot glue on the large spiders. Have fun displaying your Rainbow Unicorn Skeleton on your front porch for everyone to adore!
