Begin by crafting three 3" tassels out of light pink or coral yarn. To create the tassels, leave a long tail below and then wrap the yarn around a 3" piece of wood or cardboard 25 times. Be sure to cut the end of the yarn approximately 7" long when you finish. After cutting the string, pull each of the ends under the wrapped yarn one time and tie them in a tight knot at the top of the wood/cardboard piece.

Once tied at the top, slip the wrapped yarn off the wood/cardboard piece and cut the looped end to reveal the tasseled fringe. Cut an additional 3" piece of yarn to tie around the top to create the "head" of the tassel. Knot tightly and trim the overall tassel to an even length.

Construct four or five rainbows using white sculpting clay. Begin by rolling the clay into three balls per rainbow, approximately 1" each. Next, roll each ball into long tubes, careful to ensure they are pretty uniform in shape.

Preheat an oven to 275° F. Create the rainbow shapes by layering three long tubes alongside each other and arching them. Gently press the arches together to bond the layers together. Using an X-Acto knife or other sharp object, cut across the ends of the newly crafted rainbow. Using the flat end of a bamboo skewer, press a hole into the bottom of the top arch. Place the rainbows onto a cookie sheet and bake for 20 - 30 minutes in an oven that's been preheated.

Once the clay has cooled, paint the three arches in two shades of coral and the third arch yellow. At the same time, paint four large wood beads a blue-green shade, three medium beads coral and three small beads yellow.

Remove the outer ring of a Large Embroidery Hoop and set aside. Thread a quilting needle with a long length (approximately 7") of light pink or coral yarn and string one white wool felt pom pom onto the yarn. Repeat for a total of three lengths of yarn.

Thread each of the yarn pieces with white pom poms through the holes created in three of the clay rainbows. Wrap the end around all three arches of the rainbow and knot tightly at the very top of the outermost arch.

Next, thread one small yellow, one large green and one medium coral bead onto the top of each of the yarn tassels created in Step 2. Tie each of the tassels at equidistant intervals on the Large Embroidery Hoop.

Tie the clay rainbows onto the Large Embroidery Hoop in between each of the yarn tassels. Determine the height you'd like your mobile to hang and then cut three long strands of light pink or coral yarn. Tie one piece onto the hoop next to the spot where each of the clay rainbows hang. Pull the top ends of each of these strands through a large blue-green painted wood bead for added visual interest and to help keep the hoop level when hanging.

Finally, hang your new boho rainbow baby mobile in a prominent location and then add to your new bundle of joy's nursery as decor afterwards!
