
Use a flat-bristled paintbrush and acrylic paint to dry brush paint a DIY Stained Wood Plank Sign. To achieve the dry brush look, lightly dip your paintbrush into the paint and lightly swipe the paintbrush over the wood surface without adding more paint to the brush. Paint a DIY Unfinished Wood Pumpkin Shape using the same dry brush technique.

Once the paint is dry, use a pencil to lightly draw over the pumpkin grooves. Use hot glue to adhere Rope Cording around the outside of the pumpkin and over the penciled pumpkin grooves.

While the Mod Podge is still wet, place the printables print side down onto the sign and rub the image into the wood using a Wood Craft Stick. Allow the image to dry for 24 hours.



Use a spray bottle full of water to dampen the paper. With a gentle finger, rub the paper off, working from the edge inward. Once all the paper is off, apply a thin layer of Matte Mod Podge to protect the image.

Finally, use hot glue to adhere the Wood Pumpkin Shape to the wood sign.
