
Use the hand-held balloon pump to inflate the colorful animal modeling latex balloons. Tie off the end. Depending on how large you want your popsicles to be you may not want to fully inflate the balloons. I filled mine up about half way, tied off both ends and cut off the excess.

Fold the balloon in half to create the double popsicle shape. Use a low-temp glue gun and run a dab of glue along the inside to secure each side together.

Add glue to two natural wood popsicle sticks and attach them to the bottom of the popsicle balloon.

Continue making a variety of colorful popsicles until you have enough for your garland.

Place the popsicle balloons upside down and cut a piece of bakers twine the length that you need. Use a piece of colorful masking tape and secure the popsicle balloons to the twine. Hang your banner along the front of your table or use it as a backdrop decor.
