
Apply a coat of Mod Podge® to the areas of pumpkin where you want to add the tissue paper polka dot. Do one area at a time. Note: Spray paint the pumpkin white the night before crafting.

Adhere the black tissue paper circle to the area you added the Mod Podge®. Use your finger tip to gently smooth the tissue paper circle onto the pumpkin. Continue adhere the black tissue paper circles using Mod Podge® to the pumpkin to complete the look. Allow to dry.

Once dry, apply a thin coat of Mod Podge®over the polka dots using a foam brush.
