Using yellow spoons, or white spoons painted yellow, cut off the stem of the spoon so all that is remaining is the head of the spoon.
Starting from the bottom layer, start hot gluing the spoons around the bottom of the bucket. Once the first row is done, keep layering the spoons around each other. Each row took us 11 spoons and there were four rows. Once you get to the final row of spoons, it's time to make the pineapple leaves.
For the leaf base, use green construction paper and cut out a sunshine type-shape and cut a circle in the middle. Glue to the top of the bucket.
To make the leaves, cut out long sickle-shaped leaves from the green construction paper. Use your fingers to curl the paper.
Start gluing the leaves into the bucket, starting with the shorter leaves on the outside and glue the larger leaves behind the shorter leaves.
Once finished, you can put lights inside the bucket to have a cute light or simply use it as a centerpiece.
