Use a sharp knife to carefully cut a small slice off the top and bottom of each pineapple.

Use a tall donut stand to make a hole in the bottom of the pineapple and push the stand through to the top, so the hole goes all the way through. The center core of the pineapple is hard, so I made my hole just outside the core so it was easier to push the stand through.

Repeat for each of the three pineapples, so they all sit in a stack on the donut stand on top of each other.

Place palm leaves into the top of the pineapple stack by pressing the wire stem of the leaves into the pineapple. 7-8 palm leaves work perfectly to make the pineapple top look nice and full!

Place the pineapple palm tree on a large platter or plate, then add fresh cut fruit to the base. Place flamingo picks in the fruit for added fun and to make it easy to pick up the fruit.
