Use the foam pieces from the Penguin Bucket Craft to transform your bowling pins into penguins. Start by using the hot glue gun to glue the pieces together for the face.

Add glue to the back of the penguin face and attach it to the bowling pin, towards the bottom of the neck of the bowling pin.

Next, tie the scarf around the neck of the bowling pin.

Add the black wings to each side of the bowling pin.

Glue the bowling pin to the yellow foam penguin feet.

I wanted my penguins to be extra festive for our party so I decided to make them their very own winter party hats. I had leftover Snowflake Santa Hats so I decided to use one to create a few penguin party hats. Start by cutting the hat open at the back seam of the hat.

Using a scrap piece of paper create a cone template for your hats. Use the template as a guide to cut out small party hats. I made sure to place my template on the edge of the white furry part so that I didn’t have to completely remake the hats.

Wrap one edge of the hat around until it meets the other, creating a cone shape. Use the hot glue gun to secure it.

Add a dab of glue to the inside of the hat and secure it to the top of the bowling pin.

Create a bowling lane for your festive DIY Penguin Bowling game using two pieces of white board. Lay one on the floor and lean the other up against a wall in front of the one on the floor. I love how it turned out!
