Step 1
Paint some wooden bangles different colors. Give each bangle 2-3 coats of paint and let them dry.
Step 2
Attach a three inch round wood circle to one of your wood bangles with a hot glue gun.
Step 3
Continue gluing on bangles one at a time until you are happy with the height. Fill your new pencil cup with colored pencils and enjoy.
