Wrap your white foam wreath with orange tulle until fully covered. Be sure to wrap it fully so you can’t see the white of the wreath underneath. Secure the end with hot glue.

Make a hanger for your wreath by wrapping a green ribbon around the top of the wreath and tying it at the top.
TIP: To fully wrap the chenille stem around the wreath and have enough left over to make loops, you will have to twist two chenille stems together at the ends to make a longer stem.

Next, create green leaves and vines for the pumpkin by wrapping green chenille stems around the top of the wreath (as shown) and creating loops. Tuck the ends of each loop under the twisted chenille stem where it meets the wreath. To make the vines, secure a green chenille stem to one of the other stems then twist the stem around your finger (as shown) and gently slide your finger out. The result is a twisted, spiral effect.

You could be done at this stage and just have a cute Halloween pumpkin wreath. For our Peanuts® Great Pumpkin Party, I decorated the wreath to match the party’s theme to greet guests as they arrived – but you can create a fabulous Peanuts® Great Pumpkin Halloween Wreath with 2 different designs!

Use the self-adhesive stickers found in the Peanuts® Halloween Pumpkin Decorating Craft Kit. Place them directly on to the wreath for a cute look to greet party guests. After the party, the stickers can easily be removed.

Punch a hole into the top of a Peanuts® Halloween Dessert Plate and then thread a green chenille stem through the hole and twist to secure the plate to the stem. Then attach the other end of the stem around the top of the wreath. After the party, simply cut the stem holding the plate and you’re left with a cute Halloween pumpkin wreath you can display on your door for the rest of the fall and Halloween season! Gotta love that!
