Pop out the perforated pieces from your chosen Layered Flower Templates. Choose a collection of coordinated Neon Paper and solid-colored cardstock to use for your topper. Flip the first sheet of patterned paper or cardstock over, and trace the first Layered Flower Template onto the back of the paper using a pencil. Repeat the steps with all of your individual templates and pieces of paper.

Cut out the traced flower silhouettes one by one using scissors. Set them aside in their respective layered piles.

Lay the cut flower layers on top of one another in their designated order, as shown by the illustration on your chosen Layered Flower Templates.

Use Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue to attach each of the stenciled layers to one another. Use more glue to adhere the finished floral toppers to the fronts of gift bags. Medium Hot Pink Kraft Paper Bags, Medium Coral Kraft Paper Bags, and Medium Mint Kraft Paper Bags were used in this demonstration.

Allow the finished DIY paper flower toppers to dry for 2 hours before handling. Then, fill the decorated bags with tissue paper and gifts for your loved ones!
