
First, download the free template HERE and print it out on white cardstock. Cut out the shapes and use a small hole punch to cut out the eye holes. If you have a cutting machine, use this to cut out the template. Cut the panda face in black vinyl and the ears in black card stock.

Next, adhere the panda face to a White Paper Dessert Plate. For vinyl use transfer paper. For cardstock use a glue stick.

Use a small hole punch (1/4") to cut two panda cheeks out of pink card stock. You could also simply trace around the provided template cheeks to get the correct circle size. Glue to the plate.



Next, use hot glue to attach the panda ears to the back of the plate.

Then, glue a bow tie to the bottom of the plate and place the completed panda face onto a Black Overlapping Chevrons Round Paper Dinner Plate.

Cut a crown shape out of gold glitter card stock for the birthday boy or girl's place setting. Cut the crown shape to your size and preference. Glue the crown to the top of the plate and place the completed panda face onto a Black Overlapping Chevrons Round Paper Dinner Plate.

Next, cut out the smaller panda face and ears from the template. Use a small hole punch to cut out the eye holes. If you're using a vinyl machine, cut the panda face in black vinyl and the ears in black card stock. Use a regular hole punch to cut two panda cheeks out of pink card stock. Alternatively trace around the provided template cheeks to get the correct circle size. Glue to a White Paper Cup as shown.

Next, glue a Panda Family Eraser to a Bamboo Paper Straw.

Wrap black masking tape around the floral ends of Decorated Wood Chopsticks.

To make the chopsticks kid-friendly, cut a small strip of black card stock (approx 1/4' by 2") then tightly roll up the card stock.

Place the roll of card stock between the top ends of the chopsticks and secure in place with small rubber bands.
