First, download the FREE template here. Print and cut out the tracing template. If you have a cutting machine use this to cut out the template onto black card stock. Next, hold the template over a jumbo sized marshmallow. Use an edible black pen to fill in the template and make the panda face markings.

Make a small slice in each side of the jumbo marshmallow. Insert a small black candy melt into each hole to create the panda ears.

Next, use a bamboo skewer to create a small hole in each of the black eye markings. Insert a small white round pearl sprinkle into each hole.

Create the treat cone according to the provided instructions. Cut a Bamboo Paper Straw to size (i.e. shorten) then insert a straw into the bottom of the panda marshmallow. Feel free to add a mini powdered donut onto the straw, this prevents the panda pop from moving around the cone and also makes for a tasty surprise!

Cut up Black Metallic Polka Dot Luncheon Napkins to fit the height and width of the Black & White Treat Tray with Cones. Glue (or mod podge) the napkins around the outside of the treat tray. This covers the words around the tray with panda spots!

Next wrap a Bamboo Garland around the tray.

When the tray is complete add the cones holding your finished panda pops. Add small sprigs of bamboo leaves into holes without pops. It's now time for the Panda-monium to begin!
