Using craft acrylic paint and a foam brush, brush onto a faux palm leaf. Paint on two coats and allow to dry.
Using the end of a paint brush, dip into white paint and make dots onto the palm leaf.
Next, tape a portion of the small leaf. Paint that portion one color. Wait for the side to dry and move the tape to get a clean line and paint the other section a different color.
Once dry, remove the tape to reveal a clean line between the two painted colors.
Paint a large faux leaf a solid color. Once the paint is dry, add a line pattern using a thin paintbrush and white paint.
We used the Large DIY Unfinished Wood frame with wire for this project. You will need to cut white poster board to fit inside the frame. Trace the inside and cut.
Attach the poster board using wither tape or sticky tack.
Adhere the leaves to the front of the poster board using a hot glue gun.
