Using the pink wired ribbon, wrap the entire foam wreath tightly until fully covered. Secure the end of the ribbon with hot glue.

Cut two pieces of the rickrack trim to 14″ then cut an additional two pieces to 21″.

Cut the tags off of all the plush owls. Lay the two pink owls face down and put a line of hot glue down the middle of the back as shown. Press the end of one 14″ rickrack trim to each owl’s back to secure. Repeat for the two yellow owls with the two 21″ rickrack trim strips.

Glue one end of each rickrack trimmed plush owl to the inside rim of the wrapped wreath, evenly spaced. (as shown).

Hanging the finished mobile is simple with 3M Command hooks and clear stretchy cording. Cut four equal pieces of the cording to the length you want. The length will depend on how high you want the mobile to hang down above your table. Tie each piece of cording around the wreath in four places equally around the wreath.
