Have the kids wear Colorful Kids’ Aprons decorated with diy palettes! Cut a palette shape out of brown Bright Foam Sheets and add a few Self Adhesive Buttons so the kids look the part!

Start creating your DIY canvas art by painting the Watercolor Stretched Canvas background light blue using the Watercolor Tray and a Water Color Paint Brush. A great way to limit the mess for younger play mates is to do this ahead of time. Older kids who are neater can be left to do this on their own. Next, sort the Self Adhesive Buttons by color into the Paint Palettes. This is a great tactile fine motor skill and also helps with color recognition. Place a few White Pom Poms into the center along with a Rainbow Crayon.

Have each child start arranging the Buttons in a rainbow pattern on the canvas. This is made easy and mess free by using the self sticking buttons! If a child makes a mistake, they can simply lift the button and place it in the correct location.

Once the rainbow pattern is complete, have the kids glue a few White Pom Poms at the base of each rainbow end.

Cut a zigzag pattern into a green piece of Pastel Paper and add a few “flower” Buttons to it. Adhere with glue to the bottom of the Canvas.

Add a bit of rainbow color to each Tabletop Easel by adhering the Self Adhesive Buttons to the base.

Display the new canvas art on your mini easel and enjoy! The kids loved creating their colorful crafts and couldn’t wait to bring them home!
