Start by blowing up 3-4 White 11" Latex Balloons.

Use a Cricut or another vinyl cutting machine and cut out the numbers 1-12 in black vinyl. You could also use black number stickers instead. Place the numbers in a clock pattern around the balloon.

Cut out two arrow shaped clock hands and place them on the center of the balloon, pointing toward midnight.

Make several clock balloons following the previous steps. You could also make the hands on the clock point toward each hour and place the count down balloons throughout your party.

Create a blue balloon arch using the Ginger Ray Balloon Arch Kit. Add your clock balloons to the balloon garland for a festive and fun New Year's Eve party backdrop.

Hang your balloon garland and then add additional gold glitter decorations like the Gold Glitter Star Garland and Gold Glitter Diamond Hanging Decorations. See how we incorporated these balloons into our Virtual New Year's Eve Party here!
