Using a blade or box cutter cut two 6" x 7" holes in the 3 panel foam board. I positioned my holes near the bottom of the target board. Next, apply double-sided tape over the front of the board.

Place your Design-A-Room Brick Wall Backdrop over the front of the foam board. Press and stick onto the double-sided tape. Cut the same hole out of the brick backdrop. Note: I worked in this order as cutting the board with the backdrop already stuck down results in pulling and tearing.

Use camouflage (or black) duct tape to secure the edges around the holes and to secure the brick backdrop in place.

To create a spinning target, cut a length of straw to fit the back of a Nerf® Bull's-Eye Decoration (slightly above the center line). Glue the straw to the target. Then attach a coin to the bottom of the target using duct tape to lower the center of mass. The coin weight will help the target stay vertical instead of hanging horizontally.

Slip a Bamboo Skewer inside the straw and tape the skewer to the edge of the holes on the back of the board. This will allow the target to swivel and spin.

Turn the board over so the front is facing up. Above the spinning targets glue on Camouflage Cups and additional Nerf® Bulls Eye Decorations.
The kids can get points by hitting different bulls eye targets or get instant prizes by getting a bullet in the cup.

Once finished, stand your target up on the battlefield and get ready for the snipers to take aim. I also added Nerf® Hanging Swirl Decorations to the trees above and a pallet board sitting in front of the target range.
