Start by hanging up the Fadeless Blue Paper Roll on the Backdrop Banner Frame. Secure with large clamps.

Draw three circles for the eyeballs by tracing paper plates onto white paper from the Full Color Spectrum Paper Pack. Cut out the circles.

Using the Monster Plate as a guide, cut out three black oval shapes for the irises and three smaller white circles to fit inside the black ovals.

Layer the circles to make a monster eyeball. Secure with double-sided tape. Adhere the eyeball to a sheet of blue paper and trim the paper around the eyeball to create a blue outline. Cut several small circles from the blue paper scraps, these will be the spots on the monster face.

Let's move on to the monster's mouth. Stack two sheets of black paper on top of one another. Created a triangle with one curved edge. You will end up with two pieces of paper.

Tape the two shapes together to create a large semi-circle.

For the monster's teeth, freehand draw an oval tooth shape. Cut five teeth total.

Flip the mouth over and adhere the five teeth to the mouth with double-sided tape, overlapping the teeth on the edge.

Flip the mouth over and trim the teeth to line up with the mouth.

For the monster's ears or antennae, you will need 2 sheets of light red paper and 1 sheet of dark red paper. Look at your monster face plate to see what shape the ears should be. Draw and cut two large mushroom shapes from the light red paper. Next, draw and cut two oval shapes from the dark red paper. Adhere the ovals to the ears with double-sided tape to create dimension.

Now simply adhere all the pieces to the blue backdrop with double-sided tape. Just like that you're all ready to start setting your party table!
