Start by drawing a freehand money bag shape on a large piece of cardboard. Cut out the shape and use it as a template to trace a second money bag shape. Cut out the second piece of cardboard.

Next, cut strips of cardboard about 2 inches wide and long enough to go around the entire money bag shape. These will be the sides of the piñata.

Attach the thin sides to the large top and bottom shapes with masking tape.

With a craft knife, cut out a hole for the candy and toys.

Glue 2-3 layers of Yellow Jumbo Paper Streamers around the edge of the piñata.

Fold several lengths of Yellow Jumbo Paper Streamers. Cut about 3/4 of the way through each streamer to create fringe.

Since the streamers are a light color, you'll want to cover the box with masking tape. Starting with the bottom of the piñata, hot glue the fringe. Make sure to overlap the fringe as you go so none of the box shows through.

Download the free dollar sign template. Print on White Cardstock. Cut and adhere it to the piñata with hot glue.

Hot glue Play Money to the top of the piñata and tie a length of Natural Cording around the neck of the piñata.

Fill your piñata with Police Party Bouncy Balls and candy. This also makes a great party prop!
