For the bow, cut a sheet of Felt in half.
To form the bow, simply scrunch in the center of the felt and glue between the pleats.
For the center of the bow, cut a strip of felt measuring 1 inch by 4 inches. Wrap it around the center and secure the back with glue
Center the bow between the ears and secure it to the headband with hot glue. Apply a small amount of glue to the back of the bow to tack it to the ears. This will help secure the weight of the ears.
