Using a hand pump, blow up the black balloons until they are half full with air. Tie them off with a standard balloon knot. I used over 150 balloons total, so you will need at least 2 large bags of balloons.

Cut Chenille Stems in half and twist around the knot.

Attach the balloon to the 24-inch Wreath Frame. Bend in the ends of the chenille stems so they don't pop the balloons. Cover the entire wreath with balloons, bunching them together as you go. This will make the head part of the Minnie Mouse silhouette. Set a few spare balloons aside to fill in gaps later.

For the ears, attach balloons to a long length of fishing line, bunching as you go. Tie the ends of the fishing line together to create a large "ball" of balloons, leaving enough fishing line to tie it to the wreath later. You will need two of these with about 35 balloons on each.

For the Minnie Mouse Bow, inflate two Red Heart Mylar Balloons and tie the ends together.

Hang the wreath on the wall and attach the two bunches of balloons to create ears. Arrange the balloons as needed. Attach the heart balloons to the wreath with fishing line and add spare balloons to the center of the wreath. Squeeze smaller balloons to fill in gaps.

Once you have filled all the gaps and arranged the balloons to your preference, set up your party table! This is perfect for any Minnie Mouse Birthday Party!
