Spray a layer of shaving cream onto your plastic tray. Just use regular shaving cream, not gel.

With a rubber spatula, smooth out the shaving cream.

Squirt 5-7 drops of food coloring onto the shaving cream. You can use as many colors as you like. I chose to use one color for this marbled paper project, but I think up to three works best if you want a multi-colored look.

Smooth out lightly with your rubber spatula. Add 5-7 more drops of food coloring.

Using the spatula, swirl the color with long horizontal and then vertical motions. These swirls give your marbled paper its design.

Lay a piece of white card stock onto the top of the shaving cream and press down firmly with your hands. Rub the paper into the shaving cream.

Peel the paper off of the shaving cream and place paper, color side up, on a clean tray.

Now it's time for the fun part, revealing your design! Using a ruler, scrape the shaving cream off of the paper. You can scrape it multiple times to get all the shaving cream off. Let your paper dry, then trim to fit your vase. Wrap around your vase and secure with glue dots.
