Begin by lining the 2 pieces of foam core side by side (long end to long end). Wrap the seams in 3 to 4 layers of packing tape. They should be bound tightly together.
Unravel two Moss Table Runners and lay them across the foam core backing horizontally. Trim all but about 2 to 3 inches of the Moss Table Runner on all sides. Adhere the Moss Table Runners using your Hot Glue Gun. Make sure to press firmly on the moss as you are gluing so it fully adheres to the foam core.
Tape or hot glue the Free Mad Hatter Printable to the Antique Picture Frame Cut Out. We used the smallest, rectangular frame for our backdrop. Hot Glue it to the center of the moss-covered backdrop.
Next, take a dry Paint Brush and add a thin layer of Mod Podge to any portion of the Faux Flowers you would like to make gold.
Place a portion of the Gold Foil Leaf Sheets on the Mod Podge Flowers. Allow to dry. Take another clean, dry Paint Brush and brush away any excess gold foil. Hot Glue the Faux Flowers to the backdrop. We used both Small and Extra Small Flowers and placed them in the corners of the backdrop.
Add a thing strip of Hot Glue to two Key Bottle Openers and glue them on either side of framed printable on the backdrop.
Lastly, Hot Glue any thematic décor to add a bit of mad, tea party whimsy! We added two gold teaspoons, a saucer and two keyholes; all of which we found at our local thrift store!
