Get a large board or piece of material to use as a backdrop for your lollipop seating chart. We made a large wooden frame for ours. Draw a straight line across the top of the backdrop about 3" down from the top using a ruler and pencil.
Continue to draw horizontal pencil lines across your backdrop. Space the lines 6" apart.
Type out your guests names with coordinating table numbers, and cut the names into strips of paper. Punch a hole at the end of the name strip and thread onto Bakers Twine. Add a Heart-Shaped Love Charm to the twine and tie the name strip to a Swirl Lollipop.
Starting at the top of the backdrop, hot glue the lollipops 4" apart onto the board using a Low-Temperature Glue Gun (this will allow guests to easily pull the lollipops off the board once they find their name). Line the lollipops up with the pencil lines so the lollipops hang in a straight line.
Continue to attach the lollipops onto your backdrop in rows, following the pencil lines.
Add a Faux Eucalyptus Greenery Garland to your backdrop for extra charm.
Add "Love is Sweet...Please Find Your Seat" to the bottom of your backdrop using a marker or vinyl lettering. If you don't trust your writting, use this transfer tecnique.
