First spray paint one 12", one 9" and one 5" Embroidery Hoop. Select a different pastel color for each. I choose, pastel shades of blue, pink and yellow. Once dry, attach the smallest hoop to the base of the 9" hoop using fishing wire. Once these are secure, attach the top of the 9" to the top of the 12" hoop with fishing wire. The result is an overlapping hoop design.

Next, remove smaller stems and leaves from the bamboo garland and eucalyptus. Attach these to the tops of the largest and smallest hoops using fishing wire and hot glue.

Cut a length of Jute Cording and use it to tie the hoops a hook on the ceiling, above your dessert table. I used a removable hook that could support up to 1 pound.

Create a paper bow for the koala plush toy. I cut a strip of Pastel Paper approx 1.5" wide and 4" long then used a fan fold (fold approx .25") to fold the paper. Once folded into a small strip, pinch the middle and wrap it with a strip of pastel washi tape. Fan out each side from the center point to create a paper hair bow.

Glue the paper hair bow to the koala, just under its right ear. Next, attach the koala to the hoop using fishing wire. I secured the koala once around its neck, tying her to the top of the hoop and once around the paws to the bottom of the hoop.
Tip: Secure the koala to the hoop like this once the hoop has been hung. This allows you to determine the correct places to secure the koala and keep it balanced.

Lastly, again using fishing wire, secure the left side of the hoop to a small removable hook on the back wall. This will stop the hoop from spinning and keep it facing forward. This step is not required for room decor. Your koala bear is now secure in its hoop overseeing the party proceedings!
