To get started, take the paper palm placemats and use a glue stick to glue them together. Make as many of these as you would like.

Using a hole punch, make two holes along the bottom of your paper palm placemat leaves. You can do this to the fabric palm leaves as well. String them onto heavy duty nylon line.

After you have a few leaves on your line, add the palm leaf backdrop. Tie it onto the heavy duty nylon line so it remains in place. Once you have it centered on the line, add a few more of the paper palm placemat leaves and the fabric palm leaves. This is when I took it outside and tied it in place, since it's much easier to custom adjust it once in place. To spread the leaves out, I filled a few green balloons about halfway full and tied them between the leaves.

Time to add in some wildlife! Use the cute monkey or sloth cardboard cutouts and add them to your jungle garland wherever you would like. Use fishing line to attach them onto your garland wherever you like.

It's time to sit back and enjoy your swim in movie night! Let your jungle garland dangle in the wind and set the mood for your favorite jungle themed movie to play. Check out more ideas on how to host your own jungle themed backyard swim-in movie night here.
