Start by tying a double knot at the end of a length of the soft flex wire, leaving a couple inches of wire at the back end of the knot. Next, string a variety of small jingle bells onto the wire by inserting the wire through the hole at the top of each jingle bell. I used a variety of jingle bells, including these goldtone bells, silvertone bells, and jingle bell charms, but even a single type of small jingle bell will work fine!

Once you have about 7 inches of wire strung with the bells you can tie both ends of the wire together to form a ring. Secure with a double knot and trim the excess wire. You have made your first jingle bell napkin ring! Repeat the process for as many napkin rings as you would like to make. Each package of jingle bells contains enough to make several napkin rings.

Pull a pretty cloth napkin through the jingle bell napkin ring and display on top of a plate. These silver and gold napkin rings pair perfectly with these gold rimmed dinner plates and metallic gold cutlery (you would never know they were plastic!).
