Begin by combining a bit of white paint to the dark brown paint from this acrylic paint set in a paint palette to create a light tan color. Once you have created a shade to your liking, paint several plastic snack cones light tan and set aside to dry. You will need to apply a few light coats of paint to fully cover the cones and achieve an opaque finish.

Once the paint on the cones has dried, wrap a thin piece of washi tape around the cone starting at the top and continuing to the bottom. Next, use a thin paintbrush to paint an off-white stripe all around the cone. I combined a bit of my light tan cone color to solid white paint to achieve the perfect shade of off-white for the lines.

Once the paint has dried, add several small rocks to the bottom of each cone to give them a bit of weight to help them stand up.

Next, remove two or three bunches of flowers from a light pink flower garland and secure them together by wrapping the stems with washi tape. Place the flowers inside the cone; they should balance perfectly on top without falling out.

Fill a stemless wine glass about one third full with your choice of sprinkles to provide color and stability for the cone once placed into the base of the make-shift vase. I used this Sweet Pastel Sprinklefetti™ sprinkle mix from Baker's Party Shop. Insert the flower cone into the center of the sprinkle-filled wine glass and add additional sprinkles as needed to hold the cone in place.

Next, create place cards to accompany the flower cone vases. Begin by removing the lids and setting them aside. They can be replaced after the party for guests to take their sprinkles home. Cut a small piece of silver glittery ribbon that is long enough to extend from one side of a clear plastic square container to the other and hot glue it to each side just under the lip where the lid will attach.

Fill the base of each square box with sprinkles to match that in the bottom of your wine glasses.

Next, fill ice cream cone Easter eggs with summer treats erasers for a touch of whimsy and nostalgia.

Write each guest's name on the ice cream cone Easter eggs using a paint marker, or by cutting the names out in vinyl using a cutting machine. Rest the eggs on top of the box of sprinkles and add to the center of the plate at each place setting. Lastly, place the floral ice cream cone vases atop cupcake stands.
