First take the Black & White Striped Table Runners and drape them over the chair backs. Tuck the runner back through the chair back so that the runner does not cover the chair seat.
I used the entire runner to achieve a lovely drape on the grass. Alternatively shorten them to your preference by cutting and sewing or pinning.

Near the bottom of the seat back take the Black Organza Chair Bow, and gather and tie the two sides of the runner together.

Next tie the Black Organza Chair Bow into a large bow.

Take length of pink ribbon (approx 4ft) and tie one end of the ribbon to the center of the bow.
Tip: Tuck the tie behind the knot of the bow for neatness.

Now it is time to fill the balloons with helium. Fill each balloon and tie to prevent helium from escaping.

Go back to one of the chairs, take the other end of the ribbon and tie it to the wifey balloon. Repeat with the remaining chair and the hubby balloon. Once the balloons are tied to the ribbon, tie on a pretty pink bow at the bottom of the balloon. Your seat backs are now complete and ready for the new hubby and wifey to take their seats.
