I used two wooden frames, gathered a few shades of red and green acrylic paint and gave each frame a solid coat of paint.
Using a contrasting but similar color of paint, grab your new pencil and use the eraser end to create a small polka dot.
I wanted all my frames to feel heavier on the bottom, so I added more painted polka dots at the bottom and gradually lessened them as I went up the frame. This gave them all a nice stippled and gradated effect.
Like the painted polka dots, I wanted to create a similar effect using the gold jingle bells. Using the hot glue gun, I added a very dense amount of bells to the bottom of the picture frame.
