Paint the inside of the Pint Ball Mason Jar with a light coat of metallic copper paint.

Cut a square piece of creepy cloth and place it over the top of the painted mason jar. Use a piece of jute twine to tie the cloth in place. Cut the cloth around the hole of the jar to reveal the jar opening.

Add stretchable spiderweb over the jar and hot glue a spider to the side. If you plan to hang any of the lanterns, use a piece of the jute cording to create a handle for the lantern.

Place a white tea light candle in the bottom of each lantern.

Light the candles before the party starts for the perfect creepy accessory to your haunted soiree.

Display the DIY haunted lanterns throughout your party for the perfect mood lighting. You can line a walkway with lanterns, hang them from trees or set them on top of pumpkins.
