Step 1
Attach the Steer Head to the Wagon Wheel with hot glue.

Apply a light coat of Black Paint to the steer head and wagon wheel.

Rub on a light coat of Metallic Paint with a paper towel.
Step 4
Before the paint dries entirely, add Spider Webs or Barbed Wire.
