Grab your cauldron (or large pot if you don't happen to have a cauldron handy). Fill with hot water and let tea bags steep for about 5 minutes. Then add Black & White Striped Tights. Let sit until the desired color is achieved. (I let mine sit for 1 hour).
While your tights are marinating. Take your white parasols and spray paint them black. Leave open and let dry.
Once your tights are done, hand-wring tights and lay out to dry (this works even better if you have a clothesline...let your neighbors wonder!).

Fill dry tights with polyester batting to achieve the desired bumpy witch leg look. Only fill about 3/4 of the way full.

Cut the top of the tights off so you have two separate "legs".

Fire up the glue gun and put copious amounts of glue into the Women's Witch Shoes with Buckle.

Firmly place leg into shoe and put firm pressure until glue is semi-cool (about 30 seconds). Allow to fully dry before you move on to step 6 (about 5 minutes).

Open the umbrella up and tie the witch legs onto the inside of the top of the umbrella. Make sure to trim or hide any loose ends.

To hang the umbrella from your porch ceiling, glue twine or string to the top of the umbrella and tie off.

Hang your witch legs with hooks or tape and enjoy the new spooky curb appeal!
