In a well-ventilated area, spray paint the foam wreath black.
Begin wrapping the gold ribbon around the wreath, using hot glue to secure it as you wrap. Make sure to leave space between the ribbon wraps so the black part of the wreath shows through.
After the wreath is wrapped with the gold ribbon, add the bats to the wreath. You can secure the bats in place with hot glue.
Finally you'll want to hang your wreath and add the last bat. Create a loop with the black ribbon, making sure it's long enough to hang on a wall or door, and also leaving enough ribbon in the middle of the wreath to add the bat. Secure the ribbon in place by placing hot glue on the back of the wreath. Lastly, add a bat to the end of the ribbon in the middle of the wreath and secure into place with hot glue.
