Next, in keeping with the plant theme, I painted these ceramic watering cans in coordinating colors. A simple brushstroke pattern is simple and easy to accomplish.

Next, I painted the "pot" portion of these three potted succulents to match my planter colors.

As all of your painted items are drying, it's time to begin adding leaves to our gold skeleton. Using a hot glue gun, begin to layer leaves onto the skeleton's leg bone. I used leaves from a tropical palm, leaves from a peony and some mountain grass.

Similarly, begin doing the same process near the skeleton's shoulders. I thought of this almost like wings made of greenery. I used tropical palms, fall Magnolia leaves, silver dollar eucalyptus leaves and a few sprigs of mountain grass here. Keep adding layered leaves until it seems a good density for your taste.

I also used a few pieces of frosted greenery and had them poking through the rib cage.
