The first step to create these gold pumpkin place cards is to spray paint them. I personally am very messy with spray paint and have come up with a solution that I highly recommend. Take a brown paper grocery bag and cut in half. Place your ceramic pumpkins inside the bag and take everything outside. The walls of the paper bag act as a shield while you spray paint.

Open up the sides of your paper bag so you can spray paint the bottom edges of your ceramic pumpkins. Aim the gold spray paint close to the bottom edges of the pumpkin and carefully spray.

Leave your ceramic pumpkins to completely dry – about 30-60 minutes. Once your pumpkins are dry to the touch use your glue pen to add glue to the top of your pumpkin. Next sprinkle gold glitter from the gold glitter bright pack onto the tops of your pumpkins. The gold glitter will really make your pumpkins shine in the light.

Once your pumpkins have dried take eyelet tags and write the names of your guests on them. Don’t forget to have a special one set aside for the guest of honor – the bride! Thread a piece of gold bakers twine through the hole of an eyelet tag and wrap around the top of a gold pumpkin securing with a bow.

Your pumpkins are now complete and ready to decorate your Fall bridal brunch table. You can even make a few extra to decorate different areas of your house. I can definitely see these gold pumpkins adorning a mantle or cake table.
