Remove the base of the champagne glass. Paint on the Mod Podge. Apply a decent amount, but no need to over do it.

Cover the base in glitter while the Mod Podge is still wet. Shake the excess glitter off and let dry. Go back and touch up spots where glitter may not have stuck very well. Just add a dab of the glue and sprinkle on more glitter.

Once your base is dry, attach it back to the champagne glass. You can now use these individually or stack them to create a champagne tower.

If you are creating a tower, you can pour the champagne into the first (top) glass and allow it to waterfall down. This is always fun before the clock strikes midnight! It will create a little mess though, so outdoors is best.
