Cut your gossamer into strips. Mine were about 4″ each. I didn’t measure though, it’s not necessary. Start with about 20 strips of gossamer.
Note: We no longer carry the white burlap that was used in this DIY originally, but using our gossamer roll will give you a very similar look.

Using straight pins, pin and crinkle your gossamer around the front of the foam wreath. Picking up a new piece of gossamer every time you come to the end. Repeat this process on the inside of the wreath and then on the outer edge of the wreath. Using a glue gun, glue down the pieces that aren’t staying well and trim any pieces that need trimming

After all the gossamer is attached, take your googly eyes and hot glue them in to place. I glued them about 3″ apart.

Take an extra piece of gossamer and fold it into the middle of itself and pin to the back of the wreath. Hot glue it as well, so it holds tight.

Hot glue the gossamer strip in a few more places on the full length of the wreath to make sure it stays together. Fold over and secure it in place as a loop to hang your wreath.

Just a fun little addition to make your DIY Ghost Wreath even more cute, add this little Boo sign made out of a darling Halloween napkin! Get your napkin and a square of cardboard cut to the size of the napkin. Cut the napkin in half.

Cut the half in half, so you have two identical sides of the napkin.

Hot glue the first napkin square onto the cardboard.

Glue the second square directly on top.

Glue the Boo Sign to your wreath. You’re all done! This little guy is too cute to be spooky! He’s the perfect addition to your cute or pretty Halloween porch! Just be sure that he’s under a covered area with the napkin sign. It won’t weather well!
