Cut small pennant shapes from bright colored cardstock. I chose yellow, green and red for this project.

Cut larger pennant shapes from Red Gingham Napkins. Make sure the napkin fold is at the top of your pennant when you cut.

Layer cardstock pennant shapes on top of the napkin pennant then add a mini fans from the Garden Party Food Picks. Use glue dots to keep the layers in place.

Punch holes at the top of each pennant. Thread some red bakers twine through each hole to create a garden garland.

Using a painted wooden dowel, hang the garland from DIY Ceramic Boot Planters that have been painted red. Add two red boot planters to both ends of the garland on your table.

For some added color and dimension, set your tabletop centerpiece on top of a Moss Table Runner. Scatter Moss Rocks and Gnome Figures to round out the scene.
