Begin by unrolling or unfolding the plastic tablecloths and cutting them into 2" wide strips.
I used the hot pink tablecloth, iridescent, lilac, yellow, mint and metallic gold foil

Next, lay out the strips of cut plastic table cloth and iridescent cellophane next to each other to create an assortment of the colors.

Continue laying out the pieces until you have a section 3' long. Next, use packing tape to tape along the top edge of the strips to attach them to each other. Then flip over the section and tape along the back to secure the pieces in between the two pieces of tape.

Repeat to make four 3' sections. Next, tape the sections together to create a two layered fringe garland that is 6' wide. Then use removable adhesive strips to attach the garland to your mantel. Cut any long pieces to give the garland an even layered look.
