Begin by cutting the Natural Jute so it fits lengthwise across your frame. Hot glue each end to the interior of the frame. Repeat this step until you have hung enough strands of Natural Jute to equal the amount of tables at your wedding reception. Make sure to leave enough space between the Natural Jute rows for your DIY name cards to hang. Our frame was able to hold 5 rows of Natural Jute.

Take your Kraft Paper Pack and measure and cut the paper into 3″x1 1/2″ rectangles. This will serve as the outside border of your seating chart cards.
Next, measure and cut the Cream Cardstock into 2 3/4″x1 1/4″ rectangles. This will be the portion of the seating card that you write each guests’ name on.

Hot glue the Cream Cardstock rectangles onto the Kraft Paper rectangles. Take a Flower & Pink Ribbon Clear Bead or the Pink & White Pearl Bead Assortment and Hot glue it to the top right corner of your seating chart card. We love how this adds such a pretty detail and a slight pop of color!

Now it’s time to write each of your gusts’ names onto the cards.

Set the seating chart cards aside and allow the ink to dry. Now, take the Cream Cardstock and cut it into 6″x 6″ squares. Next, take the Raindrop Mini 8 Punch and align each corner of the newly cut Cream Cardstock and punch. Flip the Cream Cardstock over and punch the remaining sides to create a romantic doily shape. Make one doily for each row of Natural Jute on your frame.

Write “Table 1”, “Table 2”, etcetera onto each doily.

Using the Super bonder Cool Shot Low Temperature Fused Mini Glue Gun, hang the table number doilies onto the edge of the frame, aligning them with each piece of Natural Jute. Next, using the Mini Clothespins, hang each seating card on the Natural Jute. You now have a gorgeous, DIY Framed Wedding Seating Chart!
