Let's start with some floral tips!
Order extra! Schedule the flowers to arrive 2-3 days early to allow the flowers to bloom.
As soon as the flowers arrive you will unpackage, cut the stems, and put in water. Be prepared with buckets and tubs. Refresh the water everyday.
Make all of your arrangements and garlands the day before the wedding. Even better, have someone to do it for you the day of the wedding!

Gather a few branches of the silver dollar eucalyptus, and one branch of another variety of eucalyptus (optional). Bundle them together.
Tightly wrap floral wire around the bottom of the bundle. DO NOT CUT - this will be your string to keep the garland together. After wrapping, unravel extra wire down about a foot.

Add another bundle on top of the existing bundle. Make sure about 4 inches of the new bundle covers the previous bundle's wire.
Pull your wire down to the bottom of your new bundle and wrap tightly again. Continue doing this until you have the length of garland you need. Store somewhere cool until the ceremony.

Hang your DIY eucalyptus garland on the pergola using a heavy duty floral wire.
Create a flower bouquet and use the heavy duty floral wire to attach to the pergola.

Hang glass terrariums from the pergola at varying heights for an elegant effect. You can put candles, roses, or another flower inside of the terrariums. Hang using stretchy string and a ladder.

Creating a DIY Eucalyptus Garland is easier than you think!
