Begin by adding a layer of soft Pink Acrylic Paint to a DIY Ceramic Tea Cup Saucer. Allow to dry.

Take an old metal fork and bend it so there is a slight bump out in the middle of the fork. Hot Glue the top end of the fork to the inside of a Truly Scrumptious Tea Cup.

Hot Glue the bottom of the fork so it lays flat on the painted tea cup saucer.

Hot glue pink hydrangea flowers from the Pink Hydrangea Mat to the fork so it is completely covered. Add a Pink Peony Flower to the interior of the cup and onto the saucer so it looks as though the cup is floating and pouring flowers.

Place the DIY Floating Tea Cups on your party table and watch your guests be amazed!
