
Take a Gold Metallic Streamer and measure it around the Napkin Ring. Cut the streamer so it fits snuggly around the napkin ring. Repeat with a Blue Streamer.

Take the top of the cut streamer and fold it in half to the bottom part. Next, take your scissors and start to cut small sections of the streamer to create the fringe. Here's a tip: fold the streamer in half-length wise a couple of times to make this process go even quicker.

Use the same method to cut additional fringed streamers. You will need 3-4 fringed streamers per napkin ring.

Start at the bottom of the napkin ring and add a dab of hot glue to one end of the streamer and secure it in place. Next, firmly wrap the streamer around the napkin ring and glue the other end. You can also add a small dab of hot glue once you have wrapped it halfway around to ensure it doesn't slip out of place.

Continue layering your fringed streamers around the napkin ring until you reach the top. For the final layer, you will want to fold the top down around the edge of the napkin ring so that it is nice and smooth and glue into place.

Add your fall and fiesta inspired embellishments. I glued a little bit of moss to the mini felt pumpkins and then added a colorful mini tassel and glued them to the center of my fringed napkin ring.
