First, add a layer of plain white feathers to the styrofoam cone using your glue gun.
Next start adding the gold dipped feathers. Add hot glue to the back of the feather and attach to the tree. Start at the bottom.
Attach the gold dipped feathers around the bottom, then add another row on top.
Add a final layer of gold dipped feathers using the glue gun. Have the tips of the feathers meet at the top of tree. You can add in additional plain white feathers to help fill out the tree.
