Use acrylic craft paint and a large, flat paint brush to paint the entire surface of the wood slat sign. Allow it to dry and paint a second coat if necessary.

Use your favorite spring colors of the acrylic paint to decorate the front of each drawstring bag. Use the round foam brushes to stamp polka dots onto the bags. To create clean circle shapes, slightly twist the dotter left and right after you stamp it onto the bag. Allow the bag to dry completely.

To create stripes, apply washi tape to create a mask and use a small, flat paint brush to paint in the lines. To create crisp, clean lines, be sure to paint away from the edges of the tape rather than towards the tape. Remove the tape and allow the bag to dry completely.
Repeat with the other bags, alternating colors and/or patterns on each bag.

Apply gold number stickers onto the front of each painted bag.

Paint 7 mini clothespins with acrylic paint. Let them dry completely.

Use the tacky glue to glue the back side of the mini clothespins onto the painted wood slat sign. Allow the glue to dry completely.

Fill each bag with assorted Easter treats such as salt water taffy, golden chocolate eggs, candy bracelets, mini twisty lollipops, and fun toys like bunny rings and jacks and balls. Then attach the filled treat bags to the board and display it on your wall, mantle, or table.
