Paint a large 13" wreath form with dark green acrylic paint and allow time for the paint to dry.
Plastic Easter Eggs usually come in just a few select colors, but with a little bit of acrylic paint you can make the eggs any color you like! You can even use this trick to make it easier! Begin by opening your Easter eggs. Apply a small line of hot glue on either end of a wood craft stick. Before the glue is set, adhere an egg half to each end of the craft stick.
Apply two coats of acrylic paint to each egg, allowing for the paint to dry between coats.
Once the paint is dry, use hot glue to adhere the painted eggs, Metallic Gold Eggs, and Decorative Foil Eggs to the painted wreath form.
Use hot glue to secure a Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland to the back of the wreath form.
Fill in the gaps between the eggs on the front of the wreath by gluing loose eucalyptus leaves into the spaces.
Paint a Wooden Birdhouse and glue it to the inside of the wreath. Use floral wire to attach the wreath to a DIY Unfinished Wood Frame with Wire. You did it! Add your DIY Easter egg wreath to your door or anyplace you'd like to add some pretty spring or Easter color to your home.
