Thread bakers twine through the center of a needle. Wait to cut your twine until you are finished with your garland. It is much easier to roll out the bakers twine as you need more. Using your needle pierce the bottom of a cupcake liner and thread through.

Thread your second cupcake liner the opposite way so that the bottom of your liner meets the bottom of the already threaded cupcake liner.

Continue threading cupcake liners and doilies. Mix up the sizes of the cupcake liners and the patterns as you thread.

Once your cupcake wrapper garland is the length you would like cut away from the roll of bakers twine. Tie a small knot on both ends to secure and attach to your wall with tape or glue dots.
