Wrap the Natural Cording around the Pail twice.
Cut and tie a knot at the back. Using a hot glue gun, secure the knot to the pail.
Secure the White Starfish to the cording and pail with hot glue.
Line the pail with a food liner. Add assorted napkins, mallet, bib, lemon and hand wipes.
